At the core of many of our protocols is fasting, either intermittent and complete, with elixirs and tonic herbs that are super nutrient dense. We use these wildcrafted Northern water sea herbs ourselves in our personal protocols, preparing for our ritual sojourns in the forest. We start out with our special high grade, cracked-wall chlorella that is a dense source of nutrients:
Protein: Chlorella is 50–60% protein. What’s more, it’s a complete protein source, meaning it contains all nine essential amino acids

Sea kelp is a natural source of vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D and E, as well as minerals including zinc, iodine, magnesium, iron, potassium, copper and calcium. In fact it contains the highest natural concentration of calcium of any food – 10 times more than milk.
For a tea/broth the rule of thumb is 1 tsp per 6-8 oz of water. Steep for 2-3 minutes.
The smoothy you just put it in a blender with your favorite beverage. We have seen negative reviews for seaweeds online because of their “sea” taste, so if you are adverse to sea flavor, consider another form. Although it becomes virtually tasteless when used in our smoothie and berry powder blends at proper ratio.
Can use externally as well:
Combine 1 tbsp of seaweed powder to 2 tbsp of water and 1 tsp of organic vegetable glycerin to form a paste. Apply to the skin and leave on for about 10 minutes before washing off with warm water. Floral water or aloe vera gel juice can be substituted for water.
